For Guest Who Had Bookings Cancelled Due to the Regulations

If your booking was made for dates between 26 March 2020 and 17 August 2020 this page is important to read and understand how you can utilize your credit to the value of the monies paid to Zimbali Bookings.

We thank our guests for understanding the unprecedented circumstances and the difficult task our management had to be impartial to our clients.

The Zimbali Bookings management made a decision at the start of the hard lockdown to offer our guests, with arrival dates within the levels restricting self-catering accommodation, a credit for monies paid to be utilized at a future date.

How Long does the Credit Apply for?

That credit can be used since the 25th of August 2020 and is valid until 31 December 2021.

How does it work?

Please browse our listings here and make a new enquiry stating you would like to use your credit or email requesting options for dates you would like to travel also stating you would like to use your credit.

Important: Please use your Invoice Number as the Reference in your email or in the comments section when making a new enquiry

If I booked 2 nights can I choose any dates for 2 nights?

Unfortunately no. The leisure travel industry has mid, low and high seasons based on demand. This means the rates vary for 2 nights in low season compared to that over Christmas and New Year for example.

Should the amount for the new reservation, based on the season, be greater than the credit amount, you will be required to settle the difference.

The same rule applies if you add on more nights to your stay. Some seasons require a minimum stay and would require you to add on more nights to book.
