Deposit Refund Requests are processed after the property owner confirms no damages and/or breakages during your stay. Fines issued during your stay will also be taken into account.
Kindly Note: Refunds can take seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days to process from date of request
Why Do I have to Send you my Banking/Card Details?
When you pay via EFT or Debit/Credit Card we cannot see any of your banking/card details. Please ensure the same card details are used as the one used to make payment
