When it’s time to say goodbye, the departure process is just as simple as check-in. Follow the provided instructions for a smooth departure, and feel free to share any feedback through the Airbnb platform.

Cleaning
There is no cleaning provided during your stay. Additional cleaning is R420 per day and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance (subject to availability). Sundays are double the rate.

Damage Protection
This property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R400 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R5000 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R2,500 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property. The guest will be sent a link by JBL to verify their booking.

Please note that should a guest choose the refundable security deposit, a R47 service fee will be charged by JBL. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property’s protection. Just Be Lekker aims to provide a secure and reliable booking experience for all guests.

While the security deposit / damage waiver fee will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the JBL verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking.

Property Rules

Check-in time – is no earlier than 3pm (unless prior arranged in writing).
Check-out time – is no later than 10am.
– No smoking inside the property (this includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, hubbly bubbly and the like).
– Noise to be kept to a minimum & no loud music after 10pm.
– The accommodation is for short-term residential rentals. It is not for parties, receptions, meetings, functions, commercial use, or guests above the registered number.
– All damages are for the guests account.

Late check-ins
In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply.

Documentation and processes
We require all documentation and processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350
